What information do we collect

a) We only collect the information that we actually need to serve our customers. Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, register for an event, ask for customer support, or buy something from us. We save your name and contact and other informations, but we don’t save your banking details such as details of debit/credit cards (except with your permission).

b) In order to develop software and application program, provide financial assistance services to our end customers, we collect information about your personal details etc. Collectively, this information is known as user account information.

c) We do not require permission and access to storage, files and media, contact list, call logs & telephony functions.

d) We require the camera information permission to provide you an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of the applicant and upload the same on the App during your loan application journey.

e) We do not collect/store any biometric data from our customers.

f) We collect the name, address and additional information required to provide you with the service/Products offered by Neofinverv Technologies Pvt Ltd.

g) When you visit our website, use our applications, or interact with our services, we may automatically collect and store your IP address.

What we do with information collected

a) We use your information to provide the services you’ve requested and to create and maintain your user account, and keep an eye out for unauthorized activity on your account. We also use it for customer support requests, new products you may like, chances for you to give us feedback, and policy updates. We analyse the information we collect to understand user needs and to improve our websites and services.

b) We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.
